Last Working Day Email To Colleagues (Sample)

You work in a workplace or a workshop and become acquainted with many of your coworkers. In most cases, you have lunch with colleagues. You develop friendships, and some are the most trusted acquaintances in your life.
If you are leaving your job, it’s the right thing to express your gratitude to the people you work with by sending an end-of-year thank-you note to them before going to return.
Make sure to include your personal contact information in the email if you’ve lost your company’s assigned number. It is possible to give your personal email address to allow them to contact you should they need to. It’s your choice if you wish to provide your personal telephone number and email address to them or not.
Here is a sample email that you can use as a template for writing a farewell message to your colleagues on your last working day:
TEMPLATE
Hello All,
It is with mixed emotions that I am writing you this email. As some of you may already know, I am moving on in my career and today is my last day of work at the office. I am glad to say that it has been a pleasure working with you all during all these years since I first joined the company.

I am happy to say that we have achieved our goals most of the time by working unitedly in harmony. I am thankful that I learned a great deal about this segment of the industry by working with you all.
In the future, I will be reachable at Mob. [Phone Number] and Email id. [Email Address]. If there is anything I can be of help to you with in the future, do let me know without any hesitation.
I will miss you all. Do take care of yourself. Stay safe and happy.
Thanks again for everything! Best wishes to you all. 🙂

Kind regards,
